Dollie Nicholson, REALTOR®
ABOUT ME
The purpose of my business is for you to be so outrageously happy with the help I provide that you'll gladly introduce me to at least two people you truly care about before I even help you sell, buy, or invest in your next home. Not because you feel obligated but because you truly believe they'll benefit.
I'm Dollie Nicholson working alongside real estate professionals at Samson Properties.
Why did I become a real estate professional?
In 2007, I learned a hard lesson when I was misled into a mortgage that nearly cost me everything. My monthly payments became difficult to keep up and I was overwhelmed and angry. But, I channeled those emotions into finding a solution. Thankfully, I qualified for a loan modification that saved my home. Though the experience was difficult, it left a lasting impact and deepened my understanding of the challenges sellers, buyers, investors, or anyone can face during a real estate transaction.
Determined to prevent others from going through what I did, I immersed myself in learning about real estate practices and mortgage loans. I wanted to be a trustworthy guide, ensuring that my clients made informed decisions and avoided the pitfalls I had encountered. My passion for helping others navigate the complex world of real estate grew stronger every day.
I built my career on the principles of the REALTORS® Code of Ethics, always prioritizing integrity and dedication. Each client I’ve had the privilege to assist reaffirms why I chose this path. There is no greater satisfaction than witnessing their joy and relief—whether in finding their dream home or successfully selling their property.
Today, I stand proud as a REALTOR® who turned a personal ordeal into a professional mission.
