Campaign Goals

The target audience for your home are prospective buyers actively searching for homes within your home’s price range, area, lifestyle, or any combination of these variables. We’ll use information such as photos, potentially video, and details about your home as the main benefit or value to attract the audience. This information will help them determine if your home meets their criteria and give them the opportunity to express their interest.

Positioning

The message’s positioning is the main theme in the marketing for your home. It represents the distinct value your home offers in comparison to its competition on the market. Buyers are evaluating your home against the others, which is why we want your home to stand out from the competing houses.

Developing the positioning requires three steps: Assessing the home’s condition and highlight features compared to other similar home for sale, connecting those features to the current trends in buyer preferences, crafting the narrative to connect to the distinctive value your home offers.

Calls to Action

Calls to Action are created for different levels of buyer interest to connect with the viewer based on where they are in their home buying journey. The following calls-to-action may be used throughout the marketing mix for your home’s campaign:

ABOUT ME

The purpose of my business is for you to be so outrageously happy with the help I provide that you'll gladly introduce me to at least two people you truly care about before I even help you sell or buy your next home. Not because you feel obligated but because you truly believe they'll benefit.

I'm Dollie Nicholson working with accomplished professionals at Samson Properties.

Why did I become a real estate professional?

I learned a hard lesson in 2007 when some shady lenders tricked me into a loan that caused my payments to skyrocket, making them impossible to keep up with. I was freaked out and angry, but I used those emotions to turn things around. Fortunately, I obtained a loan modification that helped me out, but the experience left a lasting impact.

Determined to prevent others from going through what I did, I immersed myself in learning everything about real estate and lending practices. I wanted to be a trustworthy guide, ensuring that my clients made informed decisions and avoided the pitfalls I had encountered. My passion for helping others navigate the complex world of real estate grew stronger every day.

I built my career on the principles of honesty, transparency, and dedication. Each client I helped reminded me why I started this journey in the first place. I found immense satisfaction in seeing their joy and relief when they found their dream home or successfully sold their property.

Today, I stand proud as a REALTOR who turned a personal ordeal into a professional mission. I am committed to making a positive difference in my clients' lives. My experiences have made me a better advocate and advisor for helping people grow wealth through real estate, and I continue to learn and grow in this ever-changing industry.

In the end, my journey of frustration and anger to empowerment and success has shaped me into a real estate professional who truly understands the value of trust and integrity. Every day, I strive to get the agent my clients can rely on, knowing that their best interests are always my top priority.

Where do I live?

I've lived in Montgomery County, MD, for over 40 years and raised my son in Germantown, a vibrant community known for its beautiful lakes, farms, fresh food markets, sporting venues, and welcoming neighbors. I know Germantown and the county inside and out.

What's my favorite restaurant?

My home is the best place to enjoy a yummy meal. I love cooking with fresh and organic ingredients that I get from nearby farms and markets. I like to try out different recipes and cuisines and make dishes that are healthy and tasty.

Something people are surprised to learn about me?

I like photography. It's a hobby that lets me capture the beauty of the world and show my creativity. I like taking pictures of landscapes, portraits, wildlife, and abstract. I find photography to be a fun and relaxing activity that makes my life better.
